HEART DISEASE PREVENTION TIP: Do you know that bacterial infection from 'gum disease' has been identified as a causative factor in heart disease? For a healthy heart, be sure to have regular dental cleanings at the dentist of your choice.

HOLIDAY SNACKS: Be sure to brush before bedtime to remove sugary snacks from tooth surfaces, gums and tongue. The only beverage allowed after brushing is water.
